Meet Brett
A proud, fourth generation Prosper native whose roots run deep in the community. Growing up on his family farm alongside his dad and grandfather instilled in him a strong work ethic and a commitment to family values. Since establishing Chesney Construction in 2010, Brett has expanded his vision with Chesney & Sons Roofing, where he not only leads but also fosters a legacy of craftsmanship and dedication. Brett and his wife Kelley, married for nearly 23 years, are actively involved in their local church’s children’s ministry. They cherish moments spent hosting potlucks and connecting with new families, creating a supportive community atmosphere. Sports play an integral role in their lives, with the family either cheering on their sons in basketball or Brett coaching three of them in soccer. Brett and Kelley’s journey is a testament to the power of legacy and community, grounded in faith and family.
Meet Kelley
For the past nineteen years, Kelley has dedicated herself to homeschooling, fostering a rich environment of learning and creativity at home. She is passionate about supporting other moms on their journeys through motherhood and education. She believes that every mother deserves a community that uplifts and inspires. Whether it’s through hosting parties or creative gatherings, or having coffee with a friend, she loves to bring people together to share ideas, resources, and support. Kelley enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking for her family and friends.
Meet Maddie
Our Office Assistant and Social Media Coordinator! At age 23, Maddie has become an invaluable asset to our team, keeping Brett on track and ensuring our operations run smoothly. Her dual role as a social media coordinator allows her to blend her organizational skills with her passion for creativity. Beyond her duties at the office, Maddie also shines as an assistant manager at her church’s coffee bar. Whether she’s perfecting our social media presence or brewing the perfect cup of coffee, Maddie embodies dedication and enthusiasm. In her downtime, you can find her exploring the world of art and spending quality time with friends and family. Her creative spirit not only enriches her personal life but also inspires her work.
Meet Dylan
A dedicated volunteer firefighter in Weston, TX who embodies the spirit of commitment and community service. Dylan is not just pursuing a passion for emergency response but is also balancing his time at the fire station while currently enrolled in EMT school. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys staying active through exercise, running, and sports. Â
Meet Matthew
As he prepares to graduate high school in the spring, Matthew is very involved in Chesney Construction, where he works full-time. His dedication to the roofing industry showcases a commitment to craftsmanship and family values. Beyond the job site, Matthew is a passionate musician, playing both piano and guitar. You will often find Matthew enjoying time with friends and engaging in sports. Whether it’s ultimate frisbee, pickleball, volleyball, or basketball, you can always count on him to bring his competitive spirit and sportsmanship to the field.
Meet Benjamin
A sophomore with a passion for staying active through basketball and soccer. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he finds joy in fishing and exploring nature, always eager to embrace new challenges and experiences. When not on the field or in the great outdoors, you can find him gaming with his brothers and friends.
Meet Luke
Our young sports enthusiast! At just 12 years old, Luke not only excels in soccer and basketball but also has a remarkable knack for keeping us all updated on the latest stats and news in the sports world. His passion doesn’t stop on the field; he enjoys collecting sports cards with his dad and spending time gaming with friends.
Meet Jesse
An inspiring eighth grader whose passion for soccer and community service sets him apart. His commitment to helping others is evident in his volunteer work with Meals on Wheels, where he assists his Nana in delivering meals to those in need. A creative thinker and avid gamer, Jesse is eager to learn and share his knowledge with others.
